Hybrid Homeowner Education Certification Cohort

NeighborWorksWPa will be hosting a special hybrid Cohort for future LEVEL homeowners to obtain their HUD Education Certifications. The first and last sessions will be in-person at The HUB, while the second and third sessions will be held virtually.
This series will cover topics such as:
-How your credit score affects your mortgage rate
-Various loan options available to borrowers
-How to plan for a down payment and closing costs
-How to maintain your home after purchase and avoid foreclosure
Participants must attend ALL sessions. At the end of the program, you’ll receive an official HUD Homebuyer Education Certificate, which is required for many homeowner assistance programs. This Certificate is also a requirement to purchase a LEVEL home.
